Recently I upgraded the OS on my desktop from XP to Win 7. With XP I had no problem accessing the USB HDD attached to an Archer C9. Under Win 7 I don't seem to able to make It work, I am not very network savvy to say the least. I found thread 82659 which to me seems relevant but I don't get how the connection between the shared folder and the server is set up, even if that is what am missing. I want to be able to access all the folders/files on the C9 USB HDD. This HDD is shared successfully with all my other devices over wifi.

I some kind soul could connect the dots for me or show the way it will be much appreciated.

Upon slightly deeper reflection this post is probably off topic, this is really a win 7 problem, apologies.
