I've tried absolutely everything. I can create folders on the HDD but can't transfer any files... all I get are permission errors. All the settings seem to be good.

Sharing Access -> Sharing Account [Use New Account]
Sharing Access -> Sharing Settings [Enable Network Neighbourhood]
Sharing Access -> Folder Sharing [Share All ON]

Any help would be appreciated as this is driving me mad.
