Need help,bought Archer C3200 ver1, to connect Maxis Home Broadband. Successfully connected to broadband, but not able to get connected by Voip

I follow instruction, select Malaysia-Maxis on IPTV option, connect LAN 4 to Thomson TG784n and LAN 2 from Huawei HG850a and the phone line connected to Thomson Phone 1.

The phone not working, Thomson Phone indicator show not connected. Internet Line working.

2) TP-Link Archer C320
3) Thomson Gateway TG784n
4) Aztech DECT Cordless Phone E310-S

Hope you could help me on this, I require the phone for my Home Alarm System.
