TL-WR1043ND zero upload speed on mobile phones

i own a TL-WR1043ND and i have a strange problem
when my laptop is connected all works fine.
when i connect my mobile phones they do to have upload speed. i cant send pictures on viber
i cant send mails.
i checked with speed test app and the upload speed is 0,01 on my mobiles.
on my laptop everything works great.
i made a firmware update but nothing changed
i made factory defaults still nothing changed.
the download speed is ok... but the upload speed is 0 (zero)
how can i fix this?
