ADSL+ Router not working

I purchased in the month of May-2016 ADSL+2 model W8960N. It was working fine for first few days. Suddenly for last 15 days ADSL light was not blowing, MTNL People checked the line and said there is no fault in Telephone line and they checked with their router and it was working fine. they said that there fault in TP Link router. On Saturday I tried your help line which is always shown busy and not reachable. Please provide solution to me.
