First check that your no-ip domains ip address has been updated and has the same WAN ip than your router. For example, use ping .

Then make a port forward in the router for the camera(s)

external port start 37777
external port end 37777
internal port start 37777
internal port end 37777
server ip 192.168.0.100

In English, this forwards all traffic in WAN port 37777 to LAN ip 192.168.0.100 and vice versa. I assume you have Dahua camera? If you want to access it with
PC and browser, you must do port forward also for the http port. For example WAN port 8080 -> LAN port 80 and IP 192.168.0.100

Then use browser outside the LAN with url http://your.no-ip.com:8081

OK I tried this but apparently have missed something. When I go to my-ip.com/port I end up at 198.162.8.1 (which is the connected Huawei USB modem) but not at 192.168.1.100 (cameras)

Another thing - I have 2 sim cards: one with public IP and the other one without. Is there a way to make this (=accessing the cameras remotely) work on the one without a public IP? Even if this means adding another HW. Any ideas please?

Other way is to use p2p in Dahua NVR, does not need any port forward or dyn ip service, just that NVR has access to internet.

no there is no p2p on the NVR.

like i said i have 2 sim cards - one with dynamic public IP (with that one I managed reach the huawei modem remotely (with the help of no-ip) but not the local network).

however on this site i need to use the second one with no public IP. this is what i would like to solve somehow :)

Are you sure for 100% about this public IP? Can you show me Status tab from TP-LINK. I'm an interesting WAN port address
