Goodday,
First thank you for a great product AC1750 Archer 7. We are very happy with
the results of these dual band router.
Before installing we've connect our ISP (Ziggo.nl). Our ISP pur our modem in Bridge Mode, after that
the Archer was working very great.
But I've a serious problem with the incoming email (IMAP)
At the moment the email will not send any email to Outlook or mine Synology NAS. Its stays at the pop3 account of mine ISP
The ISP of mine email is planet.nl
I've contact Synology and they says that the domain address gives problems with Reserve DNS.
I also contact Ziggo.nl and they says that the problem is by the router. Problem is firewall or a double IP addresses
For your information all the ports of the NAS are forwared in the Archer router.
Could you please help me with the problem.
