Good morning,

after months of reliability of my Archer C7 V1 I decided to install a Firmware update (Version: 3.15*** /former: 3.13****). No Problems occured during that Installation progress. The notebook where I installed the new version is running perfectly but the one from my wife is hanging up in short time intervals. No changes have been done. What can I do?

After you upgraded the firmware did you hard reset the router and reconfigure it back to your settings not using any backup file?

hi there,

I did a hard reset and have not been using any backup file. I also made a quick setup (configuration). Both computers were sut down and restarted again. Only the laptop of my wife is playin up loosing connection to te internet but mine works very fine.
I thought about a downgrade of my router (Archer C7 V1). With the old firmware the laptop of my wife also worked very fine.
