I can see that your router is dead because lost firmware,

Flashing LEDs indicate that the bootloader is good and you have to add firmware by recovery mode or UART interface - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht109QjPN0w

Hi,
The modem is not accessible via cable lan or via serial port, the modem does not start the boot, the only lights that light up in the modem are the usb light and pc light. They turn blue.
Do you know if this modem has JTAG ?!

I am having the same issue after attempting to update to the latest firmware, same lights and no response serially. TP support would not help and have yet to find a solution. They suggested I another router, yes good advise and not a TP-LINK.

May I know which firmware did you install?
And could you please kindly tell the previous firmware version on your C8 before?
