Archer C8 first day brick after firmware

Hello all, I have just bought archer c8 in TURKEY and tried to upgrade its firmware. I am sure that I have v1 version of the device, downloaded the correct binary from the Turkey website and started upgrade procedure. Now the modem's all leds are open without blinking and nothing happens. Then I tried to flash in recovery mode, the device connects to the computer and downloads the file, but the reset-wps led stays on and the device does not even reboot after downloading the binary. What do you think the problem might be and would there be a solution without asking for technical service?
