PA4030 does not go into power-saving mode!

Firmware Version : 500A-1.1.0.844-01_403011_140126

I just installed two PA4030 on a network till now composed of two PA6010.
After the installation I checked that the PA4030s did not go into power-saving state. So I run the SW you provide here http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?3666-how-to-solve-some-powerline-adapters-can%92t-be-waked-up-by-some-network-adapters and I realized that the Standby Mode was OFF in both the PA4030, so I set it ON, but the devices do still not go into standby!
The firmware is the latest one available: 500A-1.1.0.844-01_403011_140126.
PA6010s on the same line/network go correctly in standby.
What's the matter?
