Archer D9 - Parental control page doesn't work on Chrome/Safari on OSX

Archer D9 - Parental control page doesn't work on Chrome/Safari on OSX

I have an Archer D9, Firmware Version:0.9.1 0.1 v0041.0 Build 150826 Rel.42046n Hardware Version:Archer D9 v1 00000000
I open a browser window and navigate to the parental controls page.
I get a popup with " Error code:9805 Corresponding case not found."
I get a popup with " Error code:9805 Corresponding case not found.", which I acknowledge.
Then I enable Parental COntrols, and using "View existing devices" I select my son's ipod, and add the schedule.
But at no point can I save these changes, the ok and cancel button are unresponsive.
I am using most recent versions of Chrome and Safari.
I have not/cannot tested using other OS/Browser combos.
