TP-Link AC1900 C9 V1.0 - After Firmware Upgrade not function

after installing the firmware Archer_C9_V1_150916 - c9v1_un-up-ver4-0-0-P18[20150916-rel37772].bin the router is not working anymore. Hardware reset is not working. No access through ethernet / wireless. After restart the WPS LED turns on; right after all LED's turn on and after 10 seconds all LED's turn off. This happens again and again until I switch off. No further function....

Heilar ... I see you tried hardware reset. Did you try the 30-30-30 reset ?

[*]With the router powered on, hold the reset button in for 30 seconds.
[*]Continue to hold the reset button in and unplug the router, holding it in for another 30 seconds.
[*]Plug the router back in, with the reset button still held, and continue to hold it in for another 30 seconds.

I have the similar issue with the 150916 firmware on C9 v1. After flashing pings between devices within the same local wireless network becomes extremely unstable ranging from 300ms to 1500ms whereas before flashing it's constantly around 1ms.

Please fix.
