I have an Archer C20 Router.

My problem is some of my devices such as my Archer T2U USB dongle and Nexus 6P can't "see" the 2.4 GHZ band. The funny thing is my Nexus 6P could see the Archer C20 just yesterday and now, it can no longer see it. My T2U dongle couldn't see it from the beginning.

I don't think it's either device: they can see and connect to other routers' 2.4GHZ band just fine.

Should I reset my Archer C20 to factory settings? It seems like it may be bugged. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Can you show us screen shots from Wireless Settings and Security Settings tab?

Okay. As an update -- I flashed the latest firmware available from the TP-Link support site. It worked for a day -- I was able to finally see it with both my T2U and Nexus 6P.

Fast-forward to today and these two devices can no longer see it again.

Very strange. The T2U was a new replacement from the store since I RMA'd it thinking it was busted. The store owner even showed me his C20 working fine with it, which is what got me thinking that's it (the C20) was bugged to begin with.

I'll try to post a screenshot of my Wireless and Security Settings later. Thanks!
