Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 181127 Rel.56357n(4555)

On the box of the router, the speed of 2.4 frequency is written as 300 Mbps, but when I take the speed test, the speed of 150 Mbps is shown, even if I am very close to the router, what could be the problem?

That's normal actually. The 300mbps is the associated/link speed between devices.

When doing a real speed test it measures 150mbps of actual transmitting speed - check this FAQ and this story.

You should bare in mind that the 802.11 is a half-duplex technology.

Is this normal even when my device is closest to the router? When I put my cell phone even on the router, I still get the same speed.
