Hi,
I have an old M5250 that I was trying to update the firmware on via Windows 10. The upgrade utility detects it ok over USB, but when it is rebooted for the upgrade this fails. Looks like windows doesn't have any "Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM" drivers that it needs to install at this point, before the new firmware can be copied across? Are these available anywhere?

I found the issue is a bug in the tpser.inf config file for the TP Link driver installations with the firmware update. The VID/PID for mine was reported differently to those specified in the file. I edited the file so the lines like USB\VID_05C6&PID_0206 do not end with the &M... which was originally included. The driver installed ok, and detected during the update.

Hi,
As my knowledge, it is not available to use windows 10 to update the firmware of M5250 cause it was end of life before Windows 10 released.
You may change another windows computer to give it a go.
