As per our internet service provider, they have checked for compatibility for the TP-Link TD-W8968 and it according to them this is not compatible with UFB(Ultra Fibre Broadband) service.


They said that It does not support the VLAN tagging feature used and it would prevent us from using the full 100/20 service as its ethernet speed of 100Mb does not account for overheads.


Could you please let us know do we really need to buy other modem which supports fibre or this modem is enough to handle 100mbps speed of Fibre internet.

I will be awaiting for the reply and really appreciate if any one can help.
