i have updated my wireless router TD-W8968 to the latest version and it would not start , i was in TD-W8968_V2_140514 and i upload the TD-W8968_V2_150515 after it finished it
show up light but it is not working and not accessible from the address 192.168.1.1 i try the reset button but it does not reboot after pressing it for at least 20 sec help me to solve
my problem if there is any solution

If there is no problem with your upgrade process(right firmware, wired connection, no power cut-off), why not ask for a replacement under warranty?
