Hi, I have a problem with my Archer C9, y plug it and turn it on an all the lights are still, I can't access to the configuration panel by tplinkwifi.net or the IP. I tried to reset it to factory defaults but it's not respondig.



Can you help me please.

I had the same problem, I found the router with all the lights on and does not respond to anything, I can not connect in any way.

please help me.

I had a similar problem after updating my firmware. The router would have all the lights on and keep resetting. I wound up returning it for a new one.

If all the lights are still solid on even you reset it, it should be defective.
