Problem when i plug network cable RJ45 to my mini house network "router"

Firmware Version : 5
ISP : anis plus algerie telecom
hello all im suffering from this problem i can't connect to more than 3 pcs
internet works fine with my main computer but when i plug my modem TP-Link TD-W8951ND with my other router which has another 4 pcs internet light and Lan light flash rapidly then i lose the internet
