Hi guys,

From looking at the forums I suspect loads of people have problems with the 4220 and it is really a pain in the arse. Usually when the internet stops working I just reboot the extender and it starts working again but yesterday something different happened:

Basically my internet connection all of a sudden has stopped working. This Saturday it all of a sudden changed to "The connection is limited". This means I can't actually use the internet and this is very disappointing ( https://gyazo.com/d38c5953279967ae611d36dcb860709a). The wifi symbol has the yellow triangle to warn of this. I then tried resetting the product because for some reason that normally works. So now it is on factory default but now when I connect to "TP-Link_4200B2" it still says that it has no internet. Also the Utility program cannot find the extender anymore? Please see these photos to see what I mean:

Basically the product is useless now and I don't know why. Please help or I would like a refund somehow because the product isn't working as advertised!

After reset, did you pair PA4010 and WPA4220? How about status of powerline light?

Can you connect your computer to LAN port of WPA4220 and check if it can be detected by the utility?
