WDR3600 Wifi Issue with 1 laptop using Realtek RTL8919SE internal Wifi Card
Region : UnitedKingdom
Model : TL-WDR3600
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 3.14.3 Build 150518
ISP : EE
I have this router up and running and working fine for all other clients. I have 1 Toshiba laptop using an internal standard Realtek 8191SE card. This laptop seems to lose wifi connectivity intermittently. I previously had a 3G tplink router and all clients worked fine all of the time. If I switch back the laptop stays connected. If I connect a LAN Cable when the wifi drops the laptop restores LAN communications but the wifi remains frozen. Changing channels seems to reduce the issue, but is there a way I can diagnose what is causing the wifi to freeze. The laptop shows the normal wifi icon in the taskbar throughout, occasionally with the yellow "no internet" warning triangle. The only indication when the wifi drops is that network tasks just cause the hourglass to appear indefinitely. All other clients work OK throughout this.
