Hi,
I want to upgrade the firmware version of my *TD-W8910G V2* that has the following Infos:










Firmware Version: 1.3.4 Build 080731 Rel.35756n
Hardware Version: TD-W8910G v2 00002200


But no firmware is available for this model, only V1; but V2 is not even listed in the website ! why !

It is too old and discontinued...so that it is not listed on the website anymore...
Why do you want to upgrade the firmware? If no problem with it, just leave it.

This model isn't supported by producer from few years. This is a very old router.

V2 is newer than V1 right! so how does V1 has firmwares listed and V2 hasn't? can you explain that?

Because those are two different hardware version and you can't update firmware v1 to v2 and vice versa.

I know that, but i mean why V1 is supported while V2 has no support at all (even though V1 is older), just don't tell me that V1 is newer ;)

No router W8901g isn't supporter by producer now.

is a bit necro but in case WGenius is still around...

yes, the browser interface say so: v2
but the sticker under my td-w8910g say ver 4.0.. so i updated vith the bios of the ver 4 & it's working fine..
