AXE75 not connecting to internet

I have a TP-Link AXE75 router thata has been working fine since March 2024 in router mode with a Virgin Media Hub 3 in modem mode. However, I've run into internet connectivity issues that I think I've narrowed down to the rotuer.
I noticed that all my devices stopped connecting to the internet despite good Wifi signal. I've spent hours trying to diagnose the problem, and have found the following:
- The internet settings appear to be fine (public IP address from modem)
- If I can get ping to work (e.g. ping 1.1.1.1), then I get ~99+% packet loss
- After rebooting the router, I reliably get around 50 consecutive good pings / ~1 minute before reverting to 99% packet loss
- If I run a speedtest in this window, I can full speed (250 Mbps down, 25 Mbps up). Running it outside of the good ping window, it fails to complete.
- If I connect directly to my modem, my internet is absolutely fine.
- The issue is the same regardless of if I'm on Wifi or connected via ethernet cable to the router
- The problem manifests across all devices on the network.
- I have tried factory resetting everything and changing DNS. The firmware is the most recent available.
- If I use Cloudflare WARP, my pings/speedtests work fine and I can access all websites as normal (cannot run on all devices unfortunately!)
Any ideas on what it could be?
