I have a problem connecting to the wifi extender to configure it.

I don't have a modem with WPS so I tried to connect to the wifi extender via wifi.

I found it but when i try to connect to, it asks me for a secure key that i haven't found anywhere in you instrucions

Can you send me the secure key ?

I tried also to connect via ethernet but no results.

Default Wi-Fi name of RE200 should be TP-LINK_Extender_XXGHz and it is unsecured.
Try to reset it by pressing its reset button for 1 second, look for the right name and connect.
If you can connect PC to RE200 by Ethernet cable, that's fine as well. Anyway, in QIG(Method Two), there is detailed description about how to login its web interface to configure it.
