Good afternoon,

I have a problem configuring a Wi-Fi extender RE 200 (AC750).

Basically the problem I have is with the configuration of the network 5.8 of my router.
The 2.4 configures it without problems but the 5.8 I have to add it manually (the scan does not find it).

After adding it manually, I get to the final stage of the configuration where the option "I am connected to the extended network" is ticked and when I click the Finish buttom, the Explorer or Chrome hangs up and I can not finish the process.

Try also with the WPS and configure only the 2.4. I repeat step 1 to connect 5.8 but I do not succeed.

Can you help me, please?

I already reset it several times but the problem persists.

The model is: RE200 (AR) V2.0

it' s recommended to change another wireless channel of 5G.
Then, try to detect it when you configure it.
Can you get 2.4G and 5G LED on the RE200 even the page hangs up?
sometimes, it will get succeed even the page hangs up.

You mean different channel for 2.5 and 5.8?
No, only the 2.4G lead is on. The 5G led is allways off.
I will try what you said and come back.
