I have a PC connected to an ADSL Broadband connection and a TP Link TL-WR740N V4 Router.
All was working well and I could get Wi-Fi on my Samsung GTS DuoS Mobile Smartphone.
But a week ago the Internet connection failed since my landline was severed.
This lasted for three days till the landline was repaired and now I can get Internet again, but only via ADSL router.
When I connect the TP Link, I cannot open any page on my Chrome or Internet Explorer browsers.
Also, my moblie connects but asks for “Sign-in Required”, whereas earlier it would connect automatically without any sign in.
How may all three connected equipment be restored to a good working condition as before?

WR740N is connected by WAN port to ADSL Router?

Yes.
That's right.
It was working very well when I first installed it.

Try login the TL-WR740N and reconfigure it?

Please enter in DHCP Settings DNS addresses from your ISP.

The router is working and I am getting WiFi but not getting internet, specially Facebook etc and e-mails.

Log into 740

1. Change the LAN IP to 192.168.137.1, save and reboot.
2. Go to Wan settings to change the MTU to 1400. save.
3. Go to the DHCP settings, input the DNS of your ISP's DNS. You can check that from your ADSL router.

The issue resolved by itself.
It seems, there was some problem with the Broadband connection at the exchange level.
