NX200 Frequently crashes, restarts and needs to be reconfigured

Hello support,
my first idea was to open an RMA case, but before I do that, however, I want to share what is happening.
I purchased this NX200 router about 1 month ago and for the past 2 weeks it has been giving so many stability problems:
- Suddenly it becomes unreachable via LAN
- Only the wifi is operational and I can reach it
- No other device connected via LAN is reachable
This condition persists for a few minutes when it reboots on its own.
After the reboot, in some cases, I had to reconfigure or factory reset it.
What do you recommend that I check?
Thank you in advance,
Ciao!

If possible enable remote syslog and monitor , you may find consistent pattern in network disconnect/connect or reboots.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
As we have not receive any feedback about auto-reboot on Archer NX200, if you are using the original power adapter and tried different power sockets already and your client devices are regular ones, it is suggested to confirm warranty with retailer or local support.
Best regards.

Tracked using remote syslog as local-syslog resets on reboot.

I returned the original device (model NX200 V1) and Amazon sent me a replacement device (model NX200 V2).
In the log, I identified the same behavior between the devices: multiple messages on the ADD and DEL client. The client was my smartphone and ADD and DEL were occurring during normal browsing. Sometimes it was impossible to navigate.
Why this behaviour? During this slot of time, my smartphone was stationary and I was trying to browse with it.

Hi @Marvin_S,
I would normally make myself available to run product tests, but this modem stopped detecting the SIM card after only 4 days of use.
Long story short:
- I bought NX200.V1 and after only 1 month I had to ask Amazon for a replacement due to constant configuration loss and reboots.
- Amazon sent me NX200.V2 which after only 4 days no longer detected the SIM card. I returned this to Amazon as well.
Just to clarify, I am currently using my old MR600.V2 modem, located exactly where the 2 NX200s were positioned: powered by a pure sine wave UPS powering a NAS and a Sony OLED TV.
In conclusion, IMHO, NX200 is a really immature product for the market and needs major improvements and adjustments. I will not get another one like it. Sorry.

Should have tried configuring NX200 to 4G/3G mode.
I have been tracing with multiple debug firmware from december and something gets broken in all firmware.
Same firmware stable with good signals with low number of neighboring cells (20 max) in one room, moving to different room low singals with high number of neighboring cells (35+) and unstable Modem , Network-IP stacks or random disconnections. In both room NX200 connects to same cell tower.
