Well, I must say (Dicember 3rd 2015) that alas the router still "hangs" once in a while and requires reboot.

Knowing this fact, I had to put a timer to switch it off and on twice a day while I was away during two weeks, and the router served for an IP cam.

I just checked, there isn't any firmware update available, TL-WR1043ND_V1_140319 (publish date 19/03/14) is still the latest for this router (Hardware Version: WR1043ND v1 00000000).
