Archer MR500 cann't see Ax53
Hi there,
please can someone try to help me? I am struggling with settings of my mr500 and two ax53 which should work as sattelites via one mesh. For explanation my mr500 works with Vodafone in EU, three floors in house, mr500 connected with sg108e switch for RJ45 plugs in walls and I wish to have wireless connection to two ax53 working like mesh system. MR500s advanced settings/one mesh is saying "no onemesh devices to connect." The onemesh on/off button is missing, there is no Add at all. Am I missing something? Ax53s should ve set up as sattelites and APs too? MR500 Is set up as 3g/4g modem.

Archer MR500 can not set up Onemesh network with Archer AX53.
OneMesh only works between a OneMesh router and OneMesh Wi-Fi Extenders/Powerlines.

Hi Marvin,
thanks for your response. Now I am ready upset because few days ago I asked the technical support at Tplink Czech Republic and he recommended these models. Therefore I bought them. You tell me now it cann't work.
Can you please share your experience? Which model should I buy to build working one mesh system? I have to change either mr500 or ax53 for another device. 4g/lte modem is a need. I am not really happy to spend thousands on nx series if possible.

First, you may refer to the guide to know our different Mesh technology:
Can Deco Mesh, OneMesh, EasyMesh and Omada Mesh products work together?
As mentioned above, OneMesh only works between a OneMesh router and OneMesh Wi-Fi Extenders/Powerlines.
Archer MR500 is a LTE router supports Onemesh. Archer AX53 is wireless router, which supports Easymesh.
If a LTE router is necessary for you as main router, you may consider choosing range extender/Powerline products from the Onemesh Compatibility list.
Or you may consider replacing Archer MR500 with another LTE router that supports Easymesh, you may refer to this Easymesh Compatibility list.
Please share more details if you need further suggestions.
