Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Archer AX10(US)_V2.6_1.3.10 Build 20240130

I recently noticed that the TP-Link Archer AX10 V2.8 does not support AX mode in the 2.4 GHz band. However, on your website's emulator for the Archer AX10 V2, AX mode is shown to be available for the 2.4 GHz band. Additionally, there is no mention on the website that AX mode is not supported in the 2.4 GHz band for the V2.8 model.

Could you please clarify this discrepancy and confirm why this information appears inconsistent?

Hi @Boihh,

The emulator is a virtual web GUI, but the features displayed are for reference, and their availability may depend on local regulations.
For more information, we recommended that you can refer to the datasheet or product page. Here is the specification of Archer AX10, you can see the Wi-Fi Speeds:

I hope it won’t cause you too much trouble. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

  @Boihh

According to its tech specs - AX10 doesn't support AX on its 2.4GHz band:

The same can be seen in its datasheet as well - here.
