Hi i have the above connected to EE - was working fine for a few weeks now it stopped working - using the defult EE profile which looking is only IPV4 - if i switch to T mobile profile which is IPV4 & IPV6 i get internet but only on a couple of devices - i.e. my laptop and iphone - all other things like alexa and my tv and andriod phone are connected to the network but with no internet

 

ive tried everything and this is driving me mad - any help please 

 

for referance both phones are connected over 5ghz but one has internet the other dose not - if i switch to just 2.4 then the same thing the iphone has internet but not the andriod

 

not sure if the problem is that thier is nothign in the IPV4 

 

this happened affter a power cut - so wondering is the MR600 is now faulty ? - but no way to test - ive updated firmware and rebooted - and rebooted devices 

 

help me please anything else i can try 

 

so ive ruled out the channels etc

You may reset the router and follow the steps in the guide to troubleshoot and reconfigure the router:

  @Marvin_S Thanks i for got to say that i had already done those steps and a few others as well with no luck

 

i did try a differnt sim card in the router that worked fine  - then when i put my old one back in again it started working

 

wierd since the sim has never been removed and was working fine then for some reason would not allow internet access for most devices - only my laptop and phone had internet - the rest were connected to the network but all were saying no internet 

 

so all working now but id love to know why this happened so i dont spend hours trying to fix in the future

Hi, thanks for your further sharing.

Yes, the problem is weird, that was why we provided the troubleshooting guide before. But sorry it is too hard to analysis the cause according to your information till now.

According to your screenshots before, the router did not obtain IPv4 address. Maybe it obtained IPv6 address, so only some a few devices could get internet access from the router.

If now everything works fine, the router should obtain IPv4 address normally again, so everything is back to normal.

My analysis is only for your reference.
