Hello, 

I have a question about my modem from tp-link.

I want to change my current modem from O2, which has sometimes unstable connection. But if I connect my backup modem Archer vr300, it writes me that it can not find internet and I should check if the phone cable is properly connected. 

I putted  the internet provider information:

ussername: O2

password: O2,

IP address showing me:

0.0.0.0

connection status: disconnected
