Router not syncing

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : 3.0.0 Build 130128 Rel.13376
ISP : Hellas Online
Hi guys,
I recently bought this TP link router as my previous one (it was provided by my ISP) was acting up (wifi would cut from time to time etc)
I set it up, put in the username/password, parameters and generally any details from the old router to the new one, and it wont sync up with my ISP
Im not sure what im doing wrong but it would be great if someone can help me troubleshoot my issue.
