You have to open the port 8080 for the second WR941ND's WAN IP in first WR941ND's webpage. To access it remotely, you need to use http://WAN IP: port.

hello first i have 2 router both wifi and placed on different room . The first router topology is ( isp modem ----> router ----> all wireless device) . The second router i connect a utp cable from first router on lan port to Wan port on second router so i got different subnet which is 192.168.1.x , the first router subnet is 192.168.0.x . The problem is I want to put ipcamera on this room with second router which has ip on 192.168.1.104:8080 and I cannot connect the device from outside . I have successfully port forward and it can connect ipcamera on the first room which has subnet on 192.168.0.x from outside wifi or other internet. So how can i remote this second ipcamera from outside. Thanks please reply

if you want to access the IP camera from outside, you need port forward your IP camera from both router. and you cannot use Port 8080 actually, because that port already reserved for another program. you can use different Port number for you IP Camera.
all you need to setup the IPcamera fix the IP static and the port (example you set ip manual for IP camera, and set port 9999 and in router you setup the port forwarding for your IP IPcamera and the port to.
then in second router, you forward the IP IP camera from first router.
and from outside (in your office or mobile plan network you) open from browser your IP Public (that u got from ISP) example ip public was 10.10.10.10:[add the port]
u can open the camera from outside.
