EX141 Wifi 5Ghz disconnect and reconnect randomly

Dear Sir,
I have an EX141 router recently with wifi 4GHz and 5GHz set separately. I found that the wifi 5GHz will disconnect my inactive device randomly in 2mins to 5mins but the router will reconnect to the inactive device again. This wifi disconnection and connection loop never ends.
I have set the router to fixed channel (36), fixed channel width (80Hz), security WPA2, disable TWT, disable MU-MIMO and disable OFDMA but it does not help.
So, is there any one facing the same problem as mine and any solution for that?
(Note: is there any latest firmware available?)
Thanks

Thanks so much for your quick response.
To the EX141 issue, I believe the firmware was developed by TP-Link and there should be something that your programmer can be verified.
1. I would like to understand that, the symptom I am suffering was abnormal?
2. Since the active device can be kept connected to wifi 5Ghz without but only the inactive device does not, so I believe it was the firmware issue and not the hardware issue, is it?
Thanks,

Hi @Small_Potato,
Thank you for your reply.
As mentioned before, since EX141 is a special ISP model, you need to consult the corresponding support.
Or, you can contact local support to confirm whether there are further suggestions.

I have a different router, the Archer AXE95, which supports 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz. The 2.4GHz and 6GHz networks work flawlessly 100% of the time. However, every few weeks, the 5GHz network completely shuts down. When this happens, older devices that don't support 6GHz switch over to the 2.4GHz network at dial-up speeds. The 5GHz network still appears as an option (showing (0)), but it doesn't function. Resetting the router has no effect; I just have to wait for it to resolve on its own. This issue seems to occur overnight, and I’ve confirmed it’s not related to firmware updates. It feels similar to your issue, and I haven’t found a solution yet, other than relying on Ethernet for most devices when possible.
I usually notice this on my MacBook Pro 2021 M1, which shows that it’s connected to the network, but there’s no internet access. The speeds on the 2.4GHz network during this period seem unusually slow, achieving only KBPS speeds. I have 1Gb symmetrical unlimited speeds through Quantum Fiber, so I’m confident the problem isn’t with the ISP—my settings are solid, and I haven’t experienced any outages in the eight months since joining. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this issue as well.
