Hi@Boihh,

May I know what is the issue of your router now? We need more information to confirm whether the problem comes from the router or other factors.

If the network is unstable, please try the following suggestions:

    1) Connect a PC directly into your modem to verify if your ISP Internet is stable.
    2) Make sure the Ethernet cable between your modem and the Router is connected properly, replaced old cables with new ones.
    3) Change the DNS Server of the Router, login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, change the two DNS Servers into 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?
    4) Go to Advanced > System > Firmware Update to upgrade the firmware of the Router. How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers?

@Joseph-TP  Low rang and download speed on 2.4 (N model) and 6ghz (AX Mode) suddenly connection drop and router heating even in very low usage. I do some steps factory reset and firmware update but for my variant no firmware available on tplink site. Conclusion problem not solved.

Hi@Boihh,

Sorry for the late reply.

May I know, have you tried the suggestions that I have sent for the unstable issue?

The firmware of your router is up-to-date, and there are no newer firmware releases. So I think you can try troubleshooting steps above and tell me what the results are, then we can help you locate the issue.

Electrical devices will generate heat while running. Usually, it is acceptable that the device temperatures below 60°C (140°F).
If the device is working normally and the temperature is within the normal bounds, then please do not worry.
Here are some usage tips for you:
    1. Put the device in a dry and open environment, do not cover it with any items.
    2. Avoid placing the device on top of or near any operating electronic equipment. Be away from devices like heaters or excessive sunlight.
    3. For routers, please use its original power supply.
If you have any issue like unstable connection/slow speed, and problem disappears after the device cools down.
