Cannot connect to the internet
Hi, I bought this router to replace my ISP basic router expecting to improve connectivity and range. I have been unsuccesful in connecting the router to the internet. I have tried the following:
- Followed the instructions (reseting modem, connecting the cables in the instructed order, factory reset, etc.)
- Configured with Dynamic IP as per ISP instructions.
- Swapped ethernet cables, reconnected my old router and connection to internet is instant.
- Updated latest firmware
- Tried configuring both from Tether app and web.
The TPLink router will show the normal 3 solid green lights and the internet led is steady orange.
Any other suggestion?
