Not connecting to the internet at all
Region : UnitedKingdom
Model : TL-PA411KIT
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : 500A-1.0.0.337-01-20120309-FINAL
ISP : Virgin
I got my AV500 Nano Powerline Adapter Starter Kit in today (TL-PA411KIT) and tried to set it up. I first tried with the pairing when they were next to eachother. My router is located downstairs in the living room as it is right next to the main TV, Virgin set it up like that and refused to put it upstairs. After trying that pairing thing, it didn't work so I went online and looked around at videos. I then plugged one of the adapters into the wall downstairs which is next to the router, I plugged the ethernet which is provided into the adapter and the back of the router. I then plugged the second adapter up in my bedroom then into the back of my PC via ethernet, however, I didn't use the second ethernet cable provided as my computer is not anywhere near any wall sockets, I had to use a longer ethernet cable which I already had. I then paired both of them but again, it doesn't connect to the internet at all. Below I will post some screenshots.
