Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : V1

ISP : Broadband

i m trying to access my external Hard drive on internet via router & configured this setup in FTP server

but when i m trying to open this page in another device it doesn't display .. IP address is not as same as "www.whatismyip.com

I've tried these ip's

http://19.9.1.99
http://10.9.1.99:80
http://10.102.115.145

sometime it give this error

what ip should i enter in mozilla or IE so that i can access my router or external hard drive via Router

need EXPERT HELP !!

10.9.1.99 is private IP address? Contact your ISP to confirm if they can provide a public IP?

no it's not private ISP...
private ip is http://10.102.115.145 (as shown in figure)

neither public IP is as same as whatisip.com giving...

In one of screenshots, WAN IP displays as 10.9.1.99. Copied from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_address#IPv4_private_addresses.
