No lights on PA4020

Hello, I bought a TL-PA4020P kit and set it up, I was initially impressed by ease of use, speed and reliability compared to wifi. After a few weeks the lights on one of the plugs has gone out. The other part of the pair still has lights on. Any ideas or help please?
