Hi all

I was upgrading the firmware of my m5360 from 1.0.6 Build 140311 to Build 140319. But in the middle of the process it got an upgrade failure in the middle.

since then the device its not switching on.

Need help to restore the firmware/recover the device.

Ive already done the reset button and its live again.

when upgrading the firmware from the current to 140319, im getting in the middle of the process a dialbox to install the USB drivers again.

after re-installing the drivers, it gives an error that the device is not detected and firmware upgrade fails.

im following the steps from the file "upgrade Help.pdf" that comes with the upgrade firmware (downloaded from this website)

Ive tried to upgrade in 2 different laptops and 1 different desktop;

at almost 3/4 of the process bar it shows a dialog box to install the usb drivers again; then it changes the status to "no device detected" and then the firmware upgrade fails.

request your help to solve this issue as the data connection is very unstable.
