TP-LINK702N not finding my wireless network when on channel 12

TP-LINK702N not finding my wireless network when on channel 12

Hardware Version : V4
Firmware Version : 4.19.1 Build 130528 Rel.52704n
ISP : Numericable
I followed the procedure for bridge mode, clicking on the SURVEY button. However, my home SSID never comes out.
I have spent hours to find out the reason. If I set my ISP router's wireless to channel "Auto" or "channel 11", then the TP-LINK702 finds it. However, if I set my ISP router's wireless back to channel 12, then TP-LINK does not find it anymore.
The TP-LINK702N not finding my wireless network when on channel 12 looks like a bug to me.
The reason for using channel 12 is because it is one of the less crowded channels, so I don't want to change that.
