finding wifi

i can find my modem but other cant find main .. how can fix it..?

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback and sorry for the delay.
Have you tried to reset the M7350 to the factory default: remove the back shell, and use a pin to hold the reset pinhole for 10s;
By the way, how long have you had the modem and where are you located?
