Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20240723 Rel.26458

Hi to everyone, new Deco user here.

I just bought yesterday and setup 3 pack BE65 v1. (Hong Kong)
During setup prompted me to upgrade firmware into 1.0.8 Build 20240723 Rel.26458 which I did.

I used one of my BE65 as my router wired directly to my provider's modem, while the other two BE65 as wireless access points.
My subsciption is 2x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service and setup went fine.
Setup went fine and all three BE65's were working together as mesh setup.

However, my problem is that the BE65 unit acting as main router always gets disconnected everytime I access "MORE" in the Deco apps.
I am trying to get used to all other options under "MORE" but when I do, the BE65 main router gets disconnected.

I tried waiting for several minutes but it doesn't reconnect by its own.
I have to either REBOOT it in the apps or physically switch the power off and on to get it back online.

Its weird that the BE65 main router gets disconnected from ethernet by just going through the options in the apps.

Appreciate any advise that could resolve this issue. Thanks

Would the main Deco BE65 turn red when it was disconnected on the Deco APP?

-By the way, can I have your Deco APP version?

Yes the main Deco BE65 turns RED when it gets disconnected.
 

My Deco APP version is 3.9.9, the latest available download from IOS app store. See screen capture below.

I will try to upload the beta version as you suggested. I just need to read the "how to" first. Since I could not perform this firmware upgrade via app, I suppose it would from web UI.
