I have only recently purchased a new TP Link Modem Router from Amazon UK 3 weeks ago and I am having trouble with it.

Bizzarly there is no forum support for this model in the options (TD-W8968) nor are there any drivers or firmwear updates - the model seems to not exist according to the TPLink website, so I'm not that hopeful of getting support, but here goes.

My issue is that every 5 hours or so my internet stops working, websites time out and email has errors regarding the connection. IF I reboot the modem everything works again until a few hours later and webpages / email stops. This happens on my desktop, laptop and tablet / phone so it's not specific to one device.

Strangely internet radio keeps working as does filesharing apps.

Any ideas before I get rid of this modem?
