            thanks for your responce here is the model of my switch it is a relativly old tp-Linlk TL-SG1005D.I'll try a direct connection without the switch over the weekend and let you know the results 

   Here is a screen shot from the tether app of the 10 client satelite router

BTW Could i daisy chain the satelite routers

                 I tried both connecting to the router directly with no switch i tried daisy chaining with one satelite connected to the router the other connected to the first satelite router but the satelite router gui still shows only one client

Just for the record. I can confirm this is also the case with my Archer AX53 V1 running the 1.4.1 pre-release firmware. 

 

Interestingly, the Archer AX55 V1 doesn't have this bug. Shouldn't be too much of an effort to copy&paste the source code properly.

  @Kevin_Z Hi. What about AX53 v2? And do I understand correctly that this firmware version has the ability to route VPN traffic?

Always nice to see AX53 being improved, now we only need DoT and DoH added. 

Some feedback - this firmware seems to be slower inside the router UI. It doesn't affect it's functionality but pages take a couple of seconds to open and fully load. On the previous firmware (1.3.1 Build 20241120) status page or internet page opened almost instantly.
