Hi@Boihh,
The product specifications and wireless coverage we release meet the requirements of regional regulations. Generally, 5G wireless interference and jitter are more sensitive than 2.4G, and 2.4G coverage is generally farther than 5G. Please refer to the following FAQ: 2.4 GHz WiFi vs 5 GHz WiFi, What's the Difference?
Different models (chip solutions) will perform differently in different environments. We recommend that you pay attention to specific usage issues. Perhaps you can describe the problem you encounter in detail, such as: How do you use the router? What is the specific network topology? Where is the router used?
If the information is sufficient for us to locate the problem, we will also do our best to provide a solution.
