I have my router connected to my modem, and it's the only router I have. My modem is the SURFboard sb6190. It is not a modem router combo. When I go to quick set up for my router the ax3000 it says "we have found another router on your network. This might cause double NAT issues". And it does. There is no other router on my network and I'm ripping my hair out trying to figure this out. Please help me.

Hi  @Ngclem87,

After searching, I found out the SURFboard SB6190 is a modem router. If you want to avoid Double NAT issue, you can set the router in Access Point mode.

Hi,

By the way. When inquiring about a potential double NAT issue it is always helpful to mention the two leftmost segments of the router's "Internet IP Address". This information can tell us a lot about what is going on, but is not sufficient for someone to determine your identity.
