I was using the main Deco e4 and decided to replace with M4R i.e connected with ethernet cable.

I am trying to use the old Deco e4 as a satellite. I have two. One is connected successfully and the other remains red blinking.

I reset from the back of deco but still remain problem i.e red blinking

I am using the app to try and add the additional deco but still no Luck. Any help?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

When adding satellite Decos, please put the Deco near main Deco in the same room. After adding it successfully, you may relocate it.

@Keith1982 yes it is very close to the main one... now it remain flashing blue but when i try to add satellite still cannot be found !

This was used as the main deco i.e. connected by ethernet to the isp modem.

i re-started the internet connection but still it does not work.

Any suggestions. when it was as a a main deco i removed it from the app but now it cannot find it
